Biography

Khishigsuren Batdelger is a Mongolian artist best known for her evocative horse paintings that explore the profound connection between humans and nature. Since graduating from the Fine Arts Department of the Design Institute of the University of Arts and Culture in 2005, she has continuously developed her own visual language, using diverse techniques and materials to express harmony, strength, and spiritual freedom through her art.

Her works are created using mixed media — including oil paint, acrylic, and colored pencil — combining delicate precision with expressive energy. Horses, a timeless symbol of Mongolian identity and spirit, serve as a recurring motif in her artistic journey, reflecting both personal emotion and cultural heritage.

Khishigsuren has exhibited widely in Mongolia and internationally, with shows in the United States, South Korea, China, Japan, England, and Ireland. Through these exhibitions, he continues to share the strength and serenity of Mongolian art with audiences across the world.
