Printmaking has been a part of Mongolian culture since the 13th century, playing an important role in spreading books and visual arts. Today, this tradition continues in modern works using graphic techniques, mixed media, and monotypes, bringing new forms and expressions.
Since 2018, traditional printmaking techniques have been recognized on Germany’s national UNESCO intangible cultural heritage list, making March 15 an annual Printmaking Day celebrated worldwide.
To mark this day, as part of her solo exhibition “Everything in Flow” at Lkham Gallery, artist Zultsegtseg.N will hold a printmaking workshop and an open discussion with visitors.
You are warmly invited to enjoy a creative evening, explore the exhibition, meet the artist, and try your hand at printmaking.
